ShiftKey turns Ring events into a shared incident queue, helping teams assign ownership and coordinate handoffs.

Small teams can miss important context when camera alerts, ownership, and shift changes are scattered. ShiftKey brings that work into one incident desk. Staff can open a Ring live view, sync doorbell and motion history when available, assign and update incidents, and save a shift handoff.
The Ring live view uses the Ring Partner API’s WHEP streaming flow. The event queue also includes clearly labelled preview data; this prototype has not yet imported a real doorbell or motion history event.
