SenProject Description

Vision and Mission

SenProject was born from a simple yet powerful observation: many local project leaders have innovative and impactful ideas but severely lack visibility and access to the funding or partnerships needed for their development.

Our platform acts as a bridge between these talented project leaders (entrepreneurs, artisans, associations, community initiatives) and a support ecosystem comprised of potential partners, sponsors, and investors.

Note: The name "SenProject" derives from "Sen" meaning "your" in Wolof (a local Senegalese language), symbolizing ownership and empowerment of local initiatives - "Your Project" platform.

Achievements and Progress

We have already developed a functional prototype that allows users to publish their projects, create detailed profiles, and browse existing initiatives. Initial user feedback has been very encouraging, particularly highlighting the clarity and ease of use of our interface.

Next Steps

Our roadmap includes:

1. Finalizing an internal messaging system to facilitate exchanges
2. Launching a mentoring and personalized support space
3. A targeted marketing campaign to attract early adopters
4. Expanding our network of public and private partners
5. Integrating a secure system to manage donations and financial transactions
