The Blink team agrees on the fact that applying to jobs is often far too difficult, with little merit most of the time.

So we asked a couple of questions - what would it be like if you could:

1. Simply send a resume to a website and be automatically matched with jobs
2. Know how you stack up against others, for the same job

To solve this problem we created a web-based application to handle resumes, analyze them using our ML-trained models, and finally get job postings that are relevant to the resumes.
