Inspiration

There are many problems which women cannot ask in public, or most people don't know about those problems. They don't get the help when they need in many regional areas. Thus, we came up with a solution to create a website which is easily accessible to all women from around the globe

What it does

SheCan is a website dedicated to empowering women in all aspects of their life. Be it tech, medicines , fundings , health or consulting doctors , we have you covered !

How we built it

First we planned and designed the website. Then we started working on different parts of the project, we used React for building our front-end of the application, our backend is built with Nodejs and Express framework , we used other tools like Metamask for integrating ethereum, StripeAPI for integrating payments.

Challenges we ran into

Honestly speaking we are facing issues in deployment of vercel app and thus we started searching for hosting the backend server of our project and atlast we found railway website but it is facing errors, we haven't solved that issue yet, but most probably we will do it soon.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we could use our skills and knowledge to make the idea of empowering women in different parts of to a real world project. We have tried to solve the problems women of different age faces. SheCan is not only a project but an idea that has a huge potential to work towards women empowerment.

What we learned

We learned integrating blockchain in our application and connected it with Metamask to have a decentralised transaction system. We also got to know about railway website where we can host our backend server for the application.

What's next for SheCan

We have plans on get a better understanding of women and their problems through survey to focus on solving them. We also want to implement Geolocation services and tracking functionalities. We would definitely implement AI and ML to implement some advanced features
