ShebaGuide BD addresses this problem by allowing users to ask questions naturally in Bangla and receive clear, structured guidance.
The system uses AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and a verified government-service knowledge base to provide relevant information. Instead of relying only on AI-generated knowledge, ShebaGuide BD retrieves information from its curated service database and uses that verified context to generate the response.
