Amirah and I were inspired by the direct source of this project, the many women who volunteered their time and lives for winning the second world's war.
Our project will educate and inspire the female youth to learn more and engage in the aviation community.
We worked from the ground up with this project. Making 3d models, designing a website, and diving deep to find the right kind of online and physical engagement that is popular, and how to combine that with real history.
One challenge we had was ending this all. We had so much we wanted to do, and there is an infinite amount of possibilities for this project, but being limited in time made it hard to choose what to include
Overall, we are proud of completing and competing in the SkyHack event, and getting to know the other participants and the staff!
We learned so much about the powerful and influential women in this industry, starting with the W.A.S.P program!
She Can Do It has a future that is limitless. With the possibility of additional characters, events, online playing, real and physical dolls and items, this has something for everyone, and can grow to be so much more!
