Solving emergency reports in hospitals where by a software enables to backup bio data of citizens and non citizens to be accessed by authorities like doctors,police

1. Mr stuart Anon citizen from germany enters uganda to tour mountain golliras and during his hike in the mountains he stops and his unconcious and the park ranger police scans his finger to access his data and informs the next of kin people on the incident and his rushed to the hospital in the park, and the doctors uses our software to track and trace his bio data containing emergence next of kin contact, country,passport,current medication, bloodtype, allegies and the doctor uses them to reachout to the next of kin people and embassy on the status of mr stuart and location of the hospital for a rescue.
