Problem

Our portal addresses three key challenges:

  1. Arranging & Scheduling Meetings: Simplify coordination through integrated calendars.
  2. Task Automation: Automate follow-up tasks and reminders.
  3. Email Summaries: Provide efficient AI-generated email summaries.

Solution

We developed a web portal with the following features:

  • Meetings: Create and manage personal and team calendars with reminders.
  • Tasks: Assign, track, and automate reminders for personal and shared tasks.
  • AI Features: Summarize email threads efficiently using ChatGPT APIs.
