PravasiSetu was inspired by real human resilience. Walk through any industrial block in Delhi, from Okhla to Bawana, and you’ll find millions of migrant workers powering the city's growth while operating in total isolation. They face language barriers, a complete lack of data transparency, and rampant wage theft—often disconnected from the very NGOs trying to save them.

What inspired this app wasn't just the problem, but the solution hidden within the community itself: native state trust networks. When migrants move, they naturally gravitate toward peers from their own home corridors (like Purvanchal or Bundelkhand). We realized that if we could map this organic social trust directly onto Delhi’s physical working clusters, we could build an unbreakable shield for labor rights.

We were inspired to build a bridge where technology bends to the user, not the other way around. By stripping away complex interfaces and replacing them with a secure biometric fingerprint scan, localized dialect audio guidance, and clear statutory wage math ($₹710/\text{day}$ floors), we turn systemic vulnerability into collective bargaining power. PravasiSetu exists because no worker should have to stand alone when claiming the dignity, legal rights, and fair pay they have rightfully earned.
