Set Up a Website - Personal Portfolio

Inspiration

I made this personal portfolio website with inspiration from LinkedIn connections and working professionals. Previously hosted it on Netlify. With the help of MLH - GHW, I redeemed my free domain and hosted my website.

What it does

It has a beautiful frontend that runs with the help of React framework and TailwindCSS framework.

How I built it

Importantly, I used the EmailJS library to send emails to me for the contact portion.

Challenges I ran into

I came across various bugs, and challenges on the way of developing the application. It was a long journey of coding, debugging, and hosting.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I feel proud that I have my own website and with the help of MLH - GHW and a free domain offered by GoDaddy, I hosted it on https://www.vishnudhasan.co (OR) https://www.gvd-portfolio.netlify.app

What I learned

I learned about the React structure and how React works also it was a good revision of HTML and CSS concepts which I studied a long back. It was an amazing learning experience though.
