It helps connect businesses to Salesforce where business activities can be done with much ease

How I built it

I built it using Nextjs with React, Tailwindcss for styling Rechart for data visualization and integrated with Salesforce API

Challenges I ran into

I had issues when trying to connect to Salesforce using their API but found a way after what seemed to be a very long time

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Being able to build an agent and fully integrate with Salesforce

What I learned

Business activities can be made simpler with Salesforce

What's next for Service Genius

It should be moved from a demo mode to a production level software with many users
