Service Desk for Podio will allow you to create a perfect sync between all incidents in you Service Desk, and sync all of them to Podio. This setup will lends itself to many use cases:

  1. Use Podio's native reporting capabilites.
  2. Carry on segmented conversations about the same infromation (management's discussions in Podio would not interfere with the Service Desk Agent responding to the incident).
  3. Add an extra layer (or more) to your Service Desk data set. (track development projects)

Since Podio is almost infinitely extendable the use cases are limitless!
