Service Desk for Podio will allow you to create a perfect sync between all incidents in you Service Desk, and sync all of them to Podio. This setup will lends itself to many use cases:
- Use Podio's native reporting capabilites.
- Carry on segmented conversations about the same infromation (management's discussions in Podio would not interfere with the Service Desk Agent responding to the incident).
- Add an extra layer (or more) to your Service Desk data set. (track development projects)
