Inspiration
Our inspiration for this project came from the growing need to balance focus and relaxation in the modern, fast-paced world. With many people struggling to manage distractions, we wanted to create a tool that helps individuals stay productive while also maintaining mental well-being. By integrating mindful rewards and AI-powered breathing exercises, our goal is to promote both focus and relaxation during work sessions.
What it does
The app is a productivity tool designed to help users stay focused on tasks while also encouraging relaxation through AI-generated breathing exercises. It features a customizable timer that guides users through focused work periods followed by mindful breaks. During the breaks, users are presented with motivational quotes, and they can engage in short, guided breathing exercises to reduce stress and refocus. The app also tracks progress and provides gentle reminders to ensure users take regular breaks.
How we built it
We built the app using a combination of front-end and back-end technologies. The user interface was developed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create an engaging and intuitive experience. We integrated AI to generate personalized breathing exercises based on user preferences and work patterns. The timer functionality was designed to be flexible, allowing users to set their own work and break intervals. We also included a database to store user preferences and progress, providing a personalized experience for each user.
Challenges we ran into
