Inspiration: We were inspired by the original purpose of the fidget spinner.
What it does: it keeps kids with disabilities focused on one activity instead of focusing on everything around them
How I built it: We used a tutorial via YouTube to see how we would make the fidget spinner function and spin also we added our own unique features to it.
Challenges I ran into: we had a problem with finding a fidget spinner that we thought would satisfy a population of mainly children but also adults.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of: we are proud of the end result of all our hard work and hours put into making this project that started off as an idea into a reality and we're proud to say we did it on our own so we can take majority of the credit but also give credit to the person that inspired us to work hard for this.
What I learned: We have learned that if you don't shine light on your dreams then it will be hard for people to see them.
What's next for Serenity Project: What comes next for Serenity project is trying to get it seen by people who can help us promote and better the future of people's lives with our app.
