Inspiration

NYC is one of the noisiest cities in the country. This map is made for people to find peaceful locations and get away from the city life for a while.

What it does

Shows a map of parks, beaches, quiet neighborhoods, hiking trails.

How we built it

This map was built using html, css, javascript and leaflet.

Challenges we ran into

Challenges ran into were finding how to code a map of NYC.

Proud of making a map that's useful to New Yorkers.

What's next for SerenCity

More pointers can be added for more peaceful locations like libraries or botanical gardens. And spots that represent the noisiest places in NYC can also be added.
