Seraph is a browser-based AI agent platform that helps backpackers plan multi-day hikes by automating all the hard logistics. Planning these hikes usually involves month-long effort, permit lotteries, campsite bookings, and safety/gear prep---all of which can be frustrating and confusing. I have personally faced these issues as an avid hiker, and have interviewed over 30 hikers to understand the pain points.

Seraph handles these issues by using AI agents to build personalized, detailed itineraries integrating real-life advice from hiking forums and government websites (which no other service currently does) and automatically book permits and campsites, increasing the chances of securing these hard-to-get permits.

It pulls data from multiple sources like Recreation.gov and AllTrails, then acts on your behalf to secure everything you need. Unlike other tools, Seraph doesn’t just give advice—it actually gets things done for you.

The platform targets a $70 million niche of muilt-day hikers willing to pay for convenience, charging $180/year for full access. With 90% profit margins and broad potential beyond hiking, Seraph has long-term growth potential. In short, Seraph saves hikers time, reduces stress, and makes planning effortless—so they can just enjoy the trail.
