Inspiration

I was inspired to help create an engaging yet simple short term memory game reminiscent of classic memory games like Simon Says but with numbers. Through a structured gameplay system, I wanted to build a gaming experience that put one's skills in recall to the test through a game environment meant to be fun for people of all ages.

What it does

The mobile application renders a game that tests the skills of players to remember sequential orders of numbers displayed on a screen. Players take turns in several rounds of gameplay in which increasingly larger sets of number keys are given for them to sort through. Several levels of difficulty exist, with some gradual progression from easy to hard levels with the amount of numbers needed to be sequenced.

How we built it

The application was mostly built using a React Native framework, with much of the implementation done using JavaScript elements and components for rendering. HTML and CSS elements were also used along with Objective-C, which was primarily used for iOS mobile device features and functionalities.
