Small business owners are masters of their "vibe"—they know their brand’s heart—but they are often invisible on Google because they lack technical SEO expertise. Hiring agencies is expensive, and DIY SEO tools are too complex. I built SEO Ghostwriter Agent to bridge this gap, turning a simple brand story into a professional, high-ranking digital presence. ## What it does SEO Ghostwriter is an agentic AI platform that transforms a business description into a complete SEO roadmap. It doesn't just "chat"; it generates high-intent keyword maps, crafts optimized meta-data, and uses agentic workflows to "pulse" content directly to a mock CMS. It effectively moves a business from "intent" to "execution" in seconds. ## How we built it The project was built using a modern "vibe-coding" stack for maximum speed and depth: Mocha: Used to scaffold the full-stack application and dashboard UI. Pinecone: Serves as the agent's long-term memory, storing industry-specific SEO trends and ranking factors for RAG-based accuracy. Relay.app: Orchestrates the agentic workflow, automating the delivery of SEO assets to external databases and CMS platforms. Ideavo AI: Used for rapid prototyping and user flow mapping. ## Challenges we ran into The biggest hurdle was ensuring the AI didn't just provide generic advice. I had to fine-tune the retrieval logic in Pinecone to ensure that the "vibe" of a local business (e.g., a coffee shop in Lagos) was matched with geographically relevant "money" keywords rather than generic global terms. Mapping the automation triggers in Relay.app also required precise webhook handling to ensure data integrity during the "pulse" to the CMS. ## Accomplishments that we're proud of I am proud of creating a seamless "Vibe-to-CMS" pipeline. Seeing a simple sentence turn into a structured technical SEO plan—complete with keyword difficulty analysis and automated publishing triggers—proves that AI can democratize high-level marketing for anyone, regardless of their technical background. ## What we learned I learned that "vibe-coding" isn't about writing less code; it's about better orchestration. Using tools like Mocha and Relay.app allowed me to focus on the logic and user experience rather than boilerplate infrastructure, proving that speed-to-market is a massive competitive advantage in the current AI era. ## What's next for SEO Ghostwriter Agent I plan to integrate real-time API tracking to monitor keyword rankings live. I also want to expand the Relay.app integrations to support direct 1-click publishing to WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify, making SEO Ghostwriter a truly "set-and-forget" growth engine for small businesses worldwide.
