Inspiration

Brands today struggle to connect with their customers when dealing with hundreds of franchises spread out across several countries. Currently, companies utilize archaic technologies to garner data on customer feedback and product opinions, which is time-consuming and costly and leads to poor data-driven decisions.

Solution

Our platform is streamlined and efficient to cater to the specific needs of our clients. sent/ai/ment consists of three main components: collection, analysis, and representation.

Collection

Data is collected using APIs for the websites on which the consumers post. For a proof of concept we implemented the Google News API to analyze the public opinion based on news articles.

Analysis

Sentiment analysis is performed using the indico sentiment and relevance APIs to calculate weighted sentiment averages for each day of the previous 30 that data is collected for.

Representation

We represent our data using Chart.js to handle dynamic data sets to create interactive figures.
