Many neurodivergent folks experience some degree of overstimulation when they are unable to process excessive environmental stimuli. This can lead to poor management of interoceptive senses, triggering emotion and stress dysregulation. This is critical as it can function as a warning sign. Neurodivergent individuals may not know how to handle overstimulation or how to communicate their needs. Hence, Sensora was born, to help regulate the interoceptive senses and alleviate overstimulation caused by external stimuli.
