Inspiration

Lena's mom owns a nail salon that faces many challenges.

What it does

Select Nails provides a UI for clients to sample different colors in stock.

How we built it

We used Express and Node.JS for the back-end and HTML,CSS, and JS for the front-end.

Challenges we ran into

We started with React and realized that it was a bit too complicated for us.

Accomplishments that we're proud of / What we learned

We sort of understood how to use git to collaborate on a project and strengthened our previous knowledge of the languages used in this project.

What's next for SelectNails

Hopefully we can integrate a database for managers to keep track of the colors they are running out of and maybe integrate a live AR feed (sort of like a filter) for clients to try colors on their own hands.
