For over 10 years, I have witnessed the immense pressure and high turnover rates in the debt collection industry. Traditional call centers are plagued by employee stress and the challenge of maintaining strict legal compliance. I built OaRA AI to transform this industry by creating an empathetic, 24/7 AI agent that recovers assets while preserving human dignity.

24/7 Automated Negotiation: Operates tirelessly from 08:00 to 20:00, 365 days a year.

Gemini-Powered Empathy: Uses Gemini 2.5 Flash for real-time, low-latency voice negotiation that adapts to the debtor's emotional state.

Intelligent Prioritization: Analyzes debtor data to provide an AI Propensity Score, ensuring high-value cases are handled effectively.

Neural Training Sandbox: Provides a safe environment for human agents to sharpen their negotiation skills with real-time AI feedback.

Enterprise Infrastructure: Seamlessly integrates with telephony networks via SIP Trunking (AIS, True, etc.).

Frontend: Developed with React 19 as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for instant access anywhere.
