Inspiration

We were inspired by the wage gap between men and women and the common case of women being overlooked for promotions or their work not being taken as seriously as men.

What it does

Seen seamlessly integrates into your workflow, connected to your Outlook and meetings, it summarizes key contributions you made throughout the year without requiring any manual labor on your end. Seen allows you to focus on doing your work, and ensures what you've done isn't forgotten or erased over time. It provides an objective dashboard of your projects, tasks completed, and infers the skills and growth you've shown.

Challenges we ran into

We originally wanted to integrate seen with ElevenLabs, however we discovered a direct integration with ElevenLabs and a meeting software would be challenging, and possibily a security issue. We also struggled with deciding which components we wanted to emphasize in our landing page, ensuring the content was clear while not overwhelming.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have a clean dashboard view for employees and managers which clearly shows their contribution along with specific evidence. We are also proud of the clean visuals and effects on our landing page.

What's next for Seen

We want to improve the integration between Outlook and Google Meet. We would like to add a help section where we can integrate elevenlabs to have mock promotion conversations with the user to improve their confidence.
