Inspiration
In a world where young people are constantly seen—through stories, selfies, and status updates—many are still not truly heard as we never tried to and we all are at fault no one is here to take blame. Behind perfectly filtered photos and cheerful captions lie silent battles with anxiety, loneliness, and self-doubt which can lead to adverse mental health. The digital age has given youth a platform to express everything, yet it has taken away the courage to speak about what truly hurts or what truly mattered. Being online all the time does not mean being understood. “Seen But Not Heard” is a reminder to pause, to listen beyond screens, and to care beyond likes. Because a single conversation, a single moment of genuine attention, can save a life. Let us create a space where young minds are not just visible, but valued, supported, and heard.
