A friend told me something similar and the theme fits.
What it does
Its proof of concept so some of the features are placeholders for now, but it scrapes ipo data from an api or using a web scraper to aggregate ipo data by sector and time to prospective users. It has a dashboard and analytics to manage ipo interests.
