Seeing inside HTM algorithms

I have been experimenting with the details of Temporal Pooling in HTM. How exactly should cells perform pooling in terms of the existing HTM algorithms? I found that it is helpful to visualize the various influences on individual cells, to work out what is happening and whether it looks reasonable. I'll present an example.
