Inspiration

The AI video space is exploding with powerful models — Seedance, Kling, Wan, Runway, Hailuo, and more. But creators and enterprises face a fragmented landscape: different logins, different credit systems, different interfaces, and regional restrictions that lock out entire countries. We built SeedClip to solve this. One workspace that consolidates every major AI model — starting with Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 — so creators can focus on storytelling, not tool management.

What it does

SeedClip is an enterprise-grade AI video generation platform that brings together Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.5, and all leading AI engines into a single workspace. Users can generate cinematic videos from text, images, footage, or any combination — with native audio sync across 8+ languages, professional camera controls, character consistency, and multi-format export. All with full commercial rights and no regional restrictions.

How I built it

We integrated the Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 APIs alongside other leading AI engines — including Happyhorse, Hailuo AI, and Runway Gen AI — into a unified front-end workspace. The platform supports multi-modal input processing, reference management (up to 9 images, 3 videos, 3 audio files), and flexible output rendering across aspect ratios and resolutions. Native audio sync with lip-accurate dialogue is powered by Seedance's integrated audio generation. Google authentication provides global access without regional barriers. The entire workflow — from prompt to export — is designed as a seamless, intuitive single-page application.

Challenges I ran into

Unifying multiple AI models with different API specifications, output formats, and generation speeds required significant abstraction work. Managing reference inputs across models — each with different limits and requirements — demanded flexible handling. Ensuring consistent output quality across Seedance 2.0 and Seedance 2.5 while maintaining the same user experience was also a challenge. Regional infrastructure and CDN optimization for global delivery required careful planning.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We built a platform that genuinely consolidates the AI video ecosystem. Users can access Seedance 2.0 for fast iteration and Seedance 2.5 for polished, longer output — alongside every major alternative — from one login. We removed regional barriers entirely with Google authentication. We delivered native audio sync that eliminates post-production dubbing. And we made it all work with a clean, intuitive interface that puts creative control front and center.

What I learned

The AI video landscape is evolving fast, but fragmentation remains the biggest barrier for creators. Users don't want to choose between models — they want access to all of them. API integration is complex, but the value of consolidation is enormous. Regional restrictions are an unnecessary friction point that we were able to eliminate. And the demand for publishable output — not just previews — is the real driver of adoption.

What's next for SeedClip - Seedance 2.0 & Seedance 2.5

We will continue expanding our model roster while deepening integration with Seedance as new versions roll out — Seedance 3.0 and beyond. Upcoming features include team collaboration workspaces, API access for enterprise clients, advanced analytics on generation performance, and a library system for brand assets. We are also exploring AI-powered script-to-scene automation and enhanced camera control presets for specific industries like ecommerce and advertising.
