Postman is a vulnerable target for thieves – he/she does not have any security. In order of that couriers are able to carry limited amount of money when they f.e. delivering pensions, what result in multiple trips to the same location, what means waste of time, fuel and money
What it does
Improves Latvian post security, helps people receive their valuables safe and fast
How we built it
We implemented post terminal machine in the post truck, which can be controlled using Smart ID. The terminal sends request to requester's phone for Smart ID authentication.
Challenges we ran into
Implementing Smart ID API. Lack of design skills to project a parcel van. Difficulty to express all the ideas in a one minute video
