Phishing - spear phishing, in particular - has greatly troubled college students and the general population alike for years. There seems to be no end to the innumerable emails and links that are sent to us for the sole purpose of scamming. Whether that's universities, government organizations, or companies, there are numerous parties whose identities are fabricated and altered in the slightest for the sole purpose of fraud. To prevent further complication, we created Securify. Securify is a SaaS and/or browser extension that runs for the duration of your browsing experience to protect you from potentially dangerous emails and links by utilizing our extensive database(s) of both whitelisted and blacklisted points of contact. With our anonymous self-reporting system, we can keep track of new phishing scams on the rise and prevent further losses - as a community! Be assured, be secure!
