Secure Sense: A Safety Net for GenAI

• GenAI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini are becoming common in workplaces, but there's a growing risk of users accidentally sharing sensitive data.

• We wanted to build a solution that catches this data before it gets sent out — something lightweight, fast, and easy to integrate into existing workflows.

• Secure Sense was built as a GenAI-aware Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tool that detects and blocks or masks sensitive content in real-time.

• It uses organization-defined rules and AI models to identify confidential information like client names, financial data, or internal documents.

• Additionally, we also realised that the our functionality is generalizable across the browser and hence, we also created a POC which monitors end to end browser usage and identifies sensitive data if present.
