Inspiration We read that 50% of startups fail within the first 5 years, we questioned why? and it turns out marketing is quite expensive, and consulting is even more expensive. consulting firms charge hundreds of dollars per hour, a rate that small businesses can not afford.
What it does it access computer files including company files and analyses them, searches the internet and the market to make a marketing strategy.
How we built it we built using openclaw, electron, claude ai, and we used typescript and python.
Challenges we ran into socket issues, caching issues, and demo video.
Accomplishments that we're proud of making a reliable AI app.
What we learned we learned how to get things done at a rapid rate, and we learned how connect every component of the program together and simplify it into a singular .exe application, and to always ensure people can be working on their parts of the project instead of waiting
What's next for SecretaryBird AI we will fine tune the AI, and we plan to bring it to the startup sprint next week, we will add more features to it, and we plan to take SecretaryBird to every small business in need.
