Secret Superstar

Inspiration

We all know the famous Music producer and DJ Marshmello . He always wear his iconic Helmet to hide his face. When someone asked him that why he hie his face then he said “I don't take my helmet off because I don't want or need fame. I'm genuinely trying to create something positive for people to connect with.”

Those words are inspiration for me to make this effect. One of the Indian movie called “Secret Superstar” inspired me. That’s why I thought , New generation will like this trend of hiding face.

What it does

When we turn on our camera either front or back. We will see Paper Bag on our face . We will also able to see Facial expression of our own on this Paper Bag. We can make different expression Like if we raise our eyebrows and then our pupil will appear big. When we open our mouth , we can see upper teeth.

How I built it

We built it on Spark Ar . We assign users face mesh to the animated eyes and mouth. Then We added some interactions to it . In Segmentation part , we added Gif file at the backfground.

Challenges I ran into

Assigning face mesh to the expressions or animated eyes and mouth is quite challenging for us. Also putting expression on a paper bag was difficult for us.
