Secret Message Voice Mail (SMVM)

Voice Mail System Allowing Simple Call Handling, Delivery of Targeted Messages to Selected Callers, and Answering of a Predetermined Set of Questions: This system enables users to easily specify how and when incoming calls are directed to voice mail and what greetings are offered to callers in different categories. It also provides users with the option to leave “secret messages” for callers in different categories. The secret messages may be in the form of voice messages or text messages, where voice and text formats can be easily interconverted by the user and the caller. Lastly, the system allows users to create personal Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) sections, where callers can listen to the list of questions and press certain keys to hear the answers.
