Inspiration
MSPs bill Microsoft seats one way and invoice customers another way. The two counts drift. Someone in ops compares rows by hand. That is slow and easy to miss.
What it does
SeatDiff is a single-purpose web app. Pay US$49 once. Upload two files in the browser. Get a corrected seat-count CSV. Files never leave the browser. No signup. No dashboard.
How we built it
Next.js, TypeScript on Vercel. Paddle checkout is live at US$49. Files stay in the browser.
Challenges we ran into
Comparing two messy invoices without uploading them to a server. No account, no stored files.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
One job, two URLs, no settings. Landing: https://getseatdiff.vercel.app
What we learned
A one-shot quantity report is enough for this month's two sheets.
What's next
No revenue claimed. Submitted as a student (Changwon National University), not a company.
