Inspiration

Carbon footprint and global warming. How can we actually reduce it? Seasonal produce, but what's in season? And what can we make from it?

What it does

Recommends recipes for you based on the season and lists it's carbon footprint (along with brilliant, insightful instructions).

How we built it

Blood, sweat and tears. Back-end in Flask/Python, then front-end with pure JS and HTML/CSS. Mobile app with NativeScript.

Challenges we ran into

Trying to combine the mobile app with the web app was difficult.
