New technology is no longer about bringing information to users faster, but also delivering the physical world as well. Using the Apigee127 API skeleton to Leverage the Postmates and Sears APIs, we have constructed an api that finds items for local pickup at a Sears location, retrieves a delivery quote from Postmates, and gives shoppers an option to have their purchase delivered right to them in a matter of minutes, not days. Additionally, a customer can track the status of the Postmates currier up until the delivery.
