The Problem Statement
Women face a double threat today:
Digital Threats: Their photos and videos are vulnerable to being stolen, leaked, or turned into non-consensual deepfakes online.
Physical Threats: Walking alone at night exposes them to stalking, harassment, or physical danger, while standard safety apps rely on easily trackable public servers or fail if an attacker seizes their phone.
The Big Idea (The Core Solution)
An all-in-one mobile app that acts as a dual vault:
Digitally: It automatically shields your photos/videos from AI misuse and controls your sharing with password security.
Physically: It protects you on the street using decoy GPS trails, off-grid mesh alerts, and a secret duress mode if your phone is compromised.
How the Combined App Works (Step-by-Step Flow)
When a user opens AegisShield, the app is divided into two powerful modes:
Part 1: The Digital Vault (Online Safety)
Automatic Photo Shielding: Every photo you take is instantly secured with an invisible anti-AI shield in the background. Your gallery looks normal to you.
Password-Gated Sharing: When you try to send a photo via WhatsApp or Instagram, a popup asks: "Send with shield or remove shield?" If you want to remove the shield, it forces you to enter your secret PIN/Password first.
Part 2: The Street Guardian (Physical Safety)
Ghost Trailing (Decoy Routes): If you feel followed while walking home, turn on Walk Mode. The app sends fake location trails to any digital stalkers while guiding you safely to a well-lit public spot.
Off-Grid Mesh Alerts: If cellular data is weak, it uses Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Direct to quietly alert verified nearby nodes (like safe local stores or community members) without broadcasting your exact personal identity.
The Duress PIN: If an attacker physically forces you to unlock your phone, typing your special Duress PIN opens a fake home screen while silently sending an emergency SOS and wiping tracking logs.
