  • An Arduino starter set I haven't used in years. I wanted an opportunity to dust it off and work on my Arduino skills.

What it does

The ScuffBot uses an Infrared signal (produced by a robot) to take instructions from a distance. It can move backwards and forwards, also being able to turn left and right.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Allowing the robot to be controlled remotely using infrared
  • Inputting hexadecimal inputs from a remote and translating these into instructions the robot understands
  • Ensuring the robot can turn smoothly and move in a straight line.

What's next for ScuffBot

Adding distance detection using Ultrasonic sensors.
