Every day, people waste hours in meetings. What if an AI could join for you — not just passively listen but actively talk, give updates, ask questions, and send you a report afterward?

That’s how HeyMeetAI was born — an AI delegate that can attend real meetings on platforms like Google Meet, Teams or Zoom, talk like a real human, and give you everything you need from the meeting — while you focus on real work.

What it does

• Lets you create a custom AI agent trained on your knowledge base and prompt.
• Join real Zoom, Meet, or Teams meetings — now or scheduled.
• Talks real time in the meeting.
• After the meeting, you can view the full transcript, participant logs, and summary.

How we built it

• Bolt-Powered Frontend: We used Bolt.new with React, Tailwind, and Vite to rapidly build and iterate on the UI.
• Streamlined Backend: Node.js and Express handled our API logic and routing with minimal overhead.
• Smart Storage: MongoDB gave us flexibility to store and query user and session data fast
• Conversational Voice: ElevenLabs powered our real-time speech interactions for a natural experience.
• Instant Deployment: We shipped updates seamlessly via Netlify for fast global delivery.

• Completely no-code: users can build their AI meeting agent without writing a single line of code.

What we learned

• Real-time AI voice + avatars is the next step in human-like interfaces.
• Building with multiple APIs is tricky but powerful.
• People don’t want “just transcripts” — they want real delegation.
