Inspiration

Scrub was created as a solution for developers who need to clear cache, cookies, and local databases frequently.

What it does

It offers users a platform to delete the various aspects of the browser history with the facility to set a time limit of deletions.

How we built it

Creation of manifest -> building of front end functionality -> configuring JS file to work with Chrome's API.

Challenges we ran into

What we learned

This was a great opportunity to explore Chrome's web API.

What's next for Scrub

Scrub will be expanded to allow for greater functionality:

• deletion of history related to a specific URL
• better user interface
