Inspiration

We wanted to provide one avenue for solving mental health issues.

What it does

scröll is a journaling app that allows users to take notes and keep them organized in one place

How we built it

We built the app using React Native and Expo.

Challenges we ran into

Neither of us was familiar with Expo Go and its libraries, so there was a learning curve in that aspect.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of the minimalistic and calming UI that was ideal for both of us in a journaling app focused on improving mental wellness.

What we learned

We learned about mental wellness statistics and gained more familiarity with Expo Go and React Native. We also learned how to work on a smaller-scale project in a group setting.

What's next for scröll

In the future, we want users to be able to add photos to their notes, sign in with their phone number, customize the UI to their liking, and more.
