Script & Surprise turns a family's recurring events (birthdays, Lunar New Year, school days) into an editable yearbook that shows, year by year, what stayed the same and what was new. Memory research suggests we remember an event as a script plus deviations (Wickelgren, Quanta, 2025). The Skill learns each family script from NAS photos, asks the NAS's local VLM the same questions every year, and writes difference cards (New, Missing, Changed, Firsts) where every line cites photo paths. Read-only until the user approves two writes (save yearbook text, optional anniversary album). Children's photos never leave the box. Full 10-question proposal: see attached PDF; Skill: attached ZIP (official checker static-pass, zero warnings).
