Screw It Right

Use microwaves to detect angle of screws in plywood or similar materials. According to this angle and more info regarding the dimensions and material, determine the total load the screw can withstand.

How it works

Many times, after you screw a screw in place, you can inflict more damage when taking it out. However, oftentimes the error is not fatal and you can still hang the desired load from it without a problem. Using a microwave emission source and detector to identify the angle at which the target screw was screwed in place and, given the mechanical properties of the wall, we can calculate the total load which can be hung according to this angle.
