What inspired me was the market research data that shows, about 70% of the leads don't get converted to prospects or contacts, and yet the money that sales spends on lead generation and follow up is substantially high. All the big data churned out by user online personas these days, could be put to use to get a better picture of a lead, in that finding out who is a better lead in terms of what products/services a company sells.
