Inspiration

I was inspired to create a movie game like this, because my older brother and I have always been annoyingly good at remembering scenes, characters, quotes, and even music from movies - even after watching them just once!

What it does

Screen Snaps (or 'Screenplay') is a daily game for movie lovers. Every day, users can visit r/screenplay and create a post (or use the existing post) and reveal an image of a movie scene. The user has 3 chances to guess the movie title.

How we built it

Challenges we ran into

I work around children and got sick with a fever last week, so I didn't get to finish my originally planned implementation or do as much testing as I would have liked.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I think this game is really fun, and I'm excited I built it so quickly (while still sweating out a fever).

What's next for Screen Play

• Users will be able to upload images of their own
• I think it's a bit bare as is, so I'm either going to make it so every day users will get 5-10 images to look through and guess (so a daily 'array' of movie images and a score for that day) OR Each day, users will get a movie quote to guess from along with the random movie scene image
