Abstract: Since there are evolving smart cities,it’s time to switch on to SMART CASH.This concept introduces the new methodology of recharging smart card and to use it for various purposes like BUS TICKETING,PURCHASE IN GOVERNMENT SHOPS, HOSPITALS etc.

This card is provided with a special access via AADHAR NUMBER OR ANY UNIQUE PERSON NUMBER related to government.there exist different ways to convert normal cash to smart cash such as MOBILE APP,INTERNET TRANSFER,ETC.

Thus in a bus it’s enough to scrath the card and again to scratch while the passenger gets down.therefore the smart accessories will calculate the distance as well as the amount and detects respectively.there are also concecutive security measuresto avoid cheating

Conclusion:

Thus the citizens are devoid of the risk and effort in handling their money and the government is too benefitted.
