Scrambled Weggs

As avid wegmans lovers we learned that we could make a fun game from all the apis we have on hand and jumped on the chance

What it does

It gives you a list of items to find pulled from the wegmans api for points by clicking a wegmans location on a google map

We built this using java in intellij for android app development

I worked on reading the wegmans information and showing it on the app, such as placing the markers and their popup boxes along with randomly selecting and displaying the items the user must search for

During the development of the Scrambled Weggs game, I worked on creating a way to connect the Android app to the Wegman's API in order to retrieve store and product data. This was my first time using an API and attempting Android development, but my background knowledge of Java helped me to learn as I went. I also helped my partner learn Java.
