Inspiration

Using what I know about claw bots and how their drivetrains are very customizable I decided to go for more of a tank build using the claw bot as a blueprint. I knew the claw bot wasn't going to be enough to withstand the prompt so I added my own little twist this twist included the addition of a spinning claw machine w the addition of 7 motors and a solar panel battery system.

What it does

[SCLR] is a vex v5 robot that can move and maneuver through rough conditions with ease with its drivetrain. What it does is simple it is a spinning claw the claw performs many functions like picking up and moving Rocks and debris and using its heat sensing cameras to find humans. The robot has a long lasting battery life with its battery being hooked up to a solar panel.

How I built it

Using tinker cad I used a template of all the vex v5 parts

Challenges I ran into

Has trouble Connecting pieces but figured it out in the end through trial and error

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Proud of the build I made of the top of my head with no blueprint or cad experience

What I learned

Learned how to use cad and how to setup drivetrains for different scenarios

What's next for [SCLR] Spinning Claw Land Rover

The [SCLR] will be saving lives during buildings collapsing and or other emergencies
