Inspiration

I am inspired by astronomical research, especially the Gaia mission mapping the Milky Way, and I am always looking for ways to bring real information about the Milky Way into games and other immersive experiences,

What it does

It includes a sky box based on the real Milky Way and a large warehouse of components and code for building star stations that can hide alien artifacts. It also includes an example game using this warehouse.

How we built it

Typescript, of course, but for this version of the game I put more effort into creating low poly components in Blender and rewrote a Gen AI elevator to fit into the game.

Challenges we ran into

The remixable game system has just been introduced and there were very few examples.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm proud of the variety of components I created for building star stations and happy about the reliability of the code as I have been testing it now for most of the year with many players.

I hope that lots of people play it and remix it and I get feedback for more improvements.
