Inspiration
I set myself the task of making a game that would help in learning. There are plenty of apps out there that incorporate competitive mechanics into the learning process, but not many of them actually turn their apps into games.
What it does
In my application, a user (presumably a schoolboy) can read educational material and then answer simple quizzes. For answering the cues, he will receive cards with which he can fight against other players. In turn-based combat. During the battle, the user will also be able to answer quick questions by increasing the damage modifier. Each school of magic is associated with knowledge in biology, mathematics, programming, physics and theory in other sciences. The deeper the user's knowledge in his field, the stronger his cards and the more he will be able to rise in the ranking
How we built it
We created a server and with the help of html we created the body of the suite, and the game mechanics were written using python()
Challenges we ran into
unfortunately this was our first experience with html, and we found ways to connect them with python, so the best option was pyscript but we could not get the code right
Accomplishments that we're proud of
we were able to learn a little html and how it is fashionable to associate it with python
What we learned
A bit of pyscript and html
What's next for Science mage game(study game)
Probably gain experience and connect to langueget to make web game work
Built With
- htm
- python
